Asking and Telling Who,Whom in Japanese

In this post, i want tell you how you ask or say WHO in japanese.
for asking who, you may use * Dare *
look at the examples :


Who did win the contest yesterday?
Dare ga kino no taikai ni kachimashitaka? (だれがきのうのたいかいにかちましたか?)

taikai = contest , tornament , competition
kachimashita = won


To whom shall i give this book?
Dare ni kono hon wo(o) wataseba iidesuka? (だれにこのほんをわたせばいいですか?)

hon = book
wataseba(watasu) = give


With whom did you play tennis?
Dare to issho ni tenisu wo shimashitaka? (だれといっしょにテニスをしましたか?)

issho = together
tenisu = tennis
shimasu(suru) = do
